Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Remove husks and silk from the corn. Place the corn directly on the grill, keeping an eye on the corn. Continue to turn the corn so that all sides of the corn begin to brown for about 5-10 minutes. Transfer the corn to a plate and cut the corn off the cob; set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Oil or spray with cooking spray your pizza pan or stone. Spread out the dough. Drizzle the dough with olive oil. Scatter the zucchini and yellow squash around the pizza, leaving an edge for the crust. Season the squash with salt and pepper. Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the crumbled goat cheese. Place the pizza back in the oven for another 10 minutes, or just until the crust begins to brown. Remove from the oven and top with the grilled corn and fresh basil. Add a squeeze of lemon, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
