Today’s Wednesday Wishes is all about spring whites. Now that Easter is over, we can officially begin the white clothing season, even though I have broken that rule 😉 I find myself really starting to think about white clothes, shoes and bags this time of the year as I am so eager to incorporate more and more into my outfit. And whether it is spring whites or preparing for summer whites, because it will be here before we know it, I’m sharing some of my favorite white pieces of the moment. I love the pieces with texture, such as lace or embroidery. The texture of this dress and skirt give both pieces such dimension, while the embroidery of this blouse make it anything but an ordinary white tee. As for the white nail polish, that is on my list of nail polish to try — I just don’t know if I can pull it off…maybe by mid-summer! What are your feelings on white nail polish?

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I spent what seems like the majority of the weekend preparing food for yesterday’s Easter meals! Stay tuned, I’ll be sharing a few of the recipes later this week 🙂 The weather seems to finally feel like spring here, and yesterday was such a beautiful and perfect day for Easter! 

Today, I am sharing one last piece from CAbi’s new “In the Sun” collection {you can see the full collection here}. I instantly loved this super soft and surprisingly breathable blouse — the lace details are perfect and this lightweight fabric is ideal for spring and all the way into summer! I can never resist lace 🙂 And the perfect accessory for a black and white blouse has to be pink pumps!

Happy Thursday, everyone! I’ve been all about the bright colors lately {exhibit A & exhibit B} and my first thought when seeing these CAbi pants was to go bright. It’s spring and we have been wearing dark colors most of the winter, right? But in an effort to incorporate some variety into my recent clothing selections, I decided to go classic and this CAbi sweater from last spring was the perfect piece for that. It was one of my favorite sweaters last spring and summer {you can totally wear it in the summer with shorts since it’s super breathable!} and decided it was the perfect way to achieve a simple, classic and super comfy look! And speaking of comfy, these pants should be illegal they are so comfortable! It’s like being able to wear your pajamas out in public, but looking super doing it! They are so silky and soft, I’m addicted to them. How could you not be?! And since they are now the most comfortable pants in my closet, be on the lookout for me styling these throughout the rest of spring and into summer!

Happy Wednesday! Today I am sharing one of my favorite looks for spring and the perfect way to achieve a soft and springy look. There is nothing more classic than a white pair of jeans and I love pairing them with a simple top and neutral accessories. Nothing says spring like white jeans and nude pumps! To give the outfit some sparkle, I just love these statement earrings and watch — it really dresses the outfit up making it the perfect look for date night! 

The splurge pumps are definitely on my wish list {and have been for a long time!} but the save pumps are a pretty good alternative. And how fabulous is the splurge watch?! Below, I’m sharing a few more items that are on my spring wardrobe wish list. What is your go-to look for the spring months?

Happy Monday! Today I am sharing one of my favorite pieces from the “In the Sun” Collection with CAbi. As soon as I saw this dress, I knew that it would be the perfect staple piece for spring and summer. With it’s drapey crepe fabric, the “twirl dress” is quite the appropriate name. I was loving the movement of this high-low hemline in the breeze! 


One of the other things I love about this dress is that there are so many colors you can pair it with! Although I paired it with my light denim jacket, I can see this dress with a bright sweater or wrap for spring. I decided to add my pop of color with my neon bag 🙂 I can’t wait to style this dress into summer by swapping the jacket or sweater for a fun belt!

I am so ecstatic that spring is finally here — I am definitely looking forward to the warmer weather, but especially the warm weather clothes 🙂 The feeling of putting away those heavy sweaters and coats will be SO welcoming this weekend and I cannot wait! Although spring clothes are exciting, each spring I get most excited for the shoes. Maybe it’s because I’m a total shoe fanatic, but with the endless spring sandal styles to choose from, how can you not be giddy with excitement?!  From ankle straps and espadrilles to strappy sandals and wedges, I am sharing some of my favorite styles for spring, complete with the perfect shade for your toes too 🙂

On Monday, I shared a bright and cheerful outfit that was perfect for spring {see here}, but today I am back to the classic black and white. One of the things I love most about this color combination is that it is in season no matter what time of year. And since it has been a cooler start to this spring, I am excited that I get to wear my faux leather jacket a little longer! I will be back to my spring colors next week, but sometimes it’s good to throw some basic colors into the mix too 😉

Happy Monday! Today I am wearing one of my new favorite spring color combinations: coral and navy. Last week’s Wednesday Wishes focused on this spring combo and I just can’t get enough of it! I have been patiently waiting to wear both of these CAbi pieces, and now that they weather has finally turned, I am so excited to share these fabulous pieces with you! The colors in this sweater are so perfect for spring and I love that these bright coral colors are only emphasized with this striking navy jumpsuit. And speaking of this jumpsuit! It’s so unbelievable comfortable and is one of the first jumpsuits to actually fit me properly! I seem to have a hard time with jumpsuits, maybe it’s because of my long legs, but the proportions always seem to be off. But not with this super soft and comfortable jumpsuit! I know that I will be getting a lot of use out of this jumpsuit throughout spring and summer and I love that the navy will go with so many different sweaters, jackets and accessories!

Happy Wednesday! I’m back to splurge vs. save for Wednesday Wishes and today I’m focusing on a perfect color combination for spring: navy & tangerine {mixed with neutrals}. I love navy in the springtime and mixing it with neutrals creates a super chic look. But to add some jazz to the look, I love adding a bright colored handbag — it really compliments the other neutral accessories. And I am obsessed with this tangerine orange color for spring! I love all the bright colors I have been seeing in stores, whether it is shoes, handbags or sweaters, and this orange is the perfect fit for this trend! This particular orange will also be an amazing bag to carry you through the summer, pairing it with everything from casual shorts and a tee to sundresses! I’m all about bright colors right now, so I am sharing even more brights to add to your closet below! What is your spring color of the moment?
