Happy Monday, friends! I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to spring. From the colors to the warmer weather, I’m counting down the days. We had a taste of spring last week — it was in the 60s on Friday! — and it had me thinking about my spring wardrobe. It’s never too soon to start planning! Today, I am rounding up three of my must-have spring layers. These three layers are closet staples that you will be able to wear to transition to spring and all spring long.
If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a hundred times: there is something about a cold shoulder top this spring and summer. I spotted this top before we went to California and was so excited to pair it with shorts and white jeans. Well, it was pretty warm while we were in the desert and I stuck to mostly dresses. Happy almost Friday, friends! Graphic shirts have been all the rage but I really haven’t jumped on this “trend train” until recently. My first real graphic tee was this blonde tee that I shared in this post a few months ago. But, when a saying has a special meaning to me or is completely and totally relatable, I wear it loud and proud! Needless to say this particular sweatshirt couldn’t be more perfect.
This floral top has been on serious repeat this spring and summer. You may remember when I styled it HERE with a navy blazer during the cooler months and now it’s been my go-to top to wear with white jeans. I wore this top while in California and actually skipped the cold shoulder feature. But when I wore it this past weekend, I styled it as it was intended, with the cold shoulder!Read More
Happy Monday, friends! Sharing another look from our time in California today and this is one of my new favorite off the shoulder dresses. I’ve worn it to a few functions over the spring — it may look familiar if you follow along on Instagram because I wore it to my cousin’s college graduation last month. The off the shoulder style and midi length make for a cool and comfortable dress that can be worn all summer long!Read More
Happy Friday Eve, friends! One of my favorite things about summer is sundresses. And although I wear dresses year round, there is something about a summer dress that makes it unlike anything else. Add a bright color and fun details and I’m sold.Read More
