Can you believe it’s August already?! I love white jeans and since we are approaching the traditional end to white pant season, I figured I better wear them while I can! I love pairing jeans with a blazer or jacket, it’s so sophisticated! And this nautical stripe jacket is too perfect for summer. I accessorized with neutrals and golds…how do you wear your favorite summer blazer?

Although the last couple posts have been all about fall, it is still July and white dresses {especially white lace dresses} are one of my favorite summer pieces. I normally don’t pair black accessories with white, but I was liking the contrast of the white dress with black shoes, bag and sunglasses, especially for a more formal occasion. 

Exciting things have been happening with A Blonde’s Moment this weekend! As you may have noticed, we have a new website and new design! This past Saturday night, my husband and I went to one of our favorite Italian restaurants in town. The food was delicious {look for a post on that soon!} and a great excuse to dress up. My usual uniform for Saturday night dinners is a dress, but I just bought these jeans at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and I cannot get enough of them! This sale always makes me super excited for my fall wardrobe, and this year was no different. Nordstrom did not disappoint. Check out all the great sales before they are gone! I love dressing up this summer sundress. It’s amazing what accessories and a fabulous lipstick can do for an outfit! Although the lipstick was not part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I did pick it up while there this past weekend. I am so in love with the camo trend. Accessorizing the camo with gold is my favorite combination, but there are so many possibilities – think black and chambray. The sweater and jeans are both from CAbi’s Spring 2014 line. I have seen a few pieces from the Fall 2014 line (my mom is a CAbi consultant) and I am so excited to see them in person! In honor of wrapping up the Fourth of July, I have one of my favorite outfits from the long holiday weekend — a simple stripe dress was the perfect patriotic piece!  This dress is ideal for summer and can be accessorized so many different ways, but you can never go wrong with pearls 🙂 What was your favorite outfit of the weekend? I am so in love with these metallic loafers. I have already worn them three times this week! Not only are they super comfortable, but I am finding more and more things to wear them with.
