Today’s Wednesday Wishes is all about spring whites. Now that Easter is over, we can officially begin the white clothing season, even though I have broken that rule 😉 I find myself really starting to think about white clothes, shoes and bags this time of the year as I am so eager to incorporate more and more into my outfit. And whether it is spring whites or preparing for summer whites, because it will be here before we know it, I’m sharing some of my favorite white pieces of the moment. I love the pieces with texture, such as lace or embroidery. The texture of this dress and skirt give both pieces such dimension, while the embroidery of this blouse make it anything but an ordinary white tee. As for the white nail polish, that is on my list of nail polish to try — I just don’t know if I can pull it off…maybe by mid-summer! What are your feelings on white nail polish?

Happy Wednesday! Today I am sharing one of my favorite looks for spring and the perfect way to achieve a soft and springy look. There is nothing more classic than a white pair of jeans and I love pairing them with a simple top and neutral accessories. Nothing says spring like white jeans and nude pumps! To give the outfit some sparkle, I just love these statement earrings and watch — it really dresses the outfit up making it the perfect look for date night! 

The splurge pumps are definitely on my wish list {and have been for a long time!} but the save pumps are a pretty good alternative. And how fabulous is the splurge watch?! Below, I’m sharing a few more items that are on my spring wardrobe wish list. What is your go-to look for the spring months?

Happy Wednesday! There is nothing that says spring more than a fabulous floral print. And with so many possibilities to choose from, it shouldn’t be hard to incorporate a little floral into your spring wardrobe. Happy Wednesday! I’m back to splurge vs. save for Wednesday Wishes and today I’m focusing on a perfect color combination for spring: navy & tangerine {mixed with neutrals}. I love navy in the springtime and mixing it with neutrals creates a super chic look. But to add some jazz to the look, I love adding a bright colored handbag — it really compliments the other neutral accessories. And I am obsessed with this tangerine orange color for spring! I love all the bright colors I have been seeing in stores, whether it is shoes, handbags or sweaters, and this orange is the perfect fit for this trend! This particular orange will also be an amazing bag to carry you through the summer, pairing it with everything from casual shorts and a tee to sundresses! I’m all about bright colors right now, so I am sharing even more brights to add to your closet below! What is your spring color of the moment?

Happy Wednesday! Today I am sharing three of my favorite handbag trends for spring. I love this laid back, slouchy, drawstring trend I am seeing this year. These bags seem effortless and easy to just throw over your shoulder or use as a crossbody; there is nothing like a good crossbody! The pink handbags are obviously a must for me. I love all the shades from hot pink to the soft pink — my moto is pink goes with everything 😉 And last, but not least, the fun and whimsical bags that will make any outfit pop. I am obsessed with all the floral/rose prints in this collection. No matter what trend you decide to try, I think all these bags make the perfect accessory for spring!

I am so ready for spring, and unfortunately, I think I spoke too soon in Monday’s post about the extended forecast…all they are saying for tomorrow’s weather is “several inches of accumulating snow”!! It’s really hard to believe we are having such terrible weather now that it’s March. So, as we gaze out at the accumulating snow, we can dream of warmer weather and prepare our closets for spring with these outfit ideas 🙂

On today’s Wednesday Wishes, I am continuing my picks for transitioning into spring. I have been gravitating more and more to the lighter pinks this season, so I have included some of my favorite ways to incorporate this light, blush color into your wardrobe now. I thinking pairing blush accessories with a simple black top or sweater is the perfect way to bring a little spring to your look. I love this look with the blush heels, but you could easily swap the heels for a flat for a more casual vibe. And how fabulous are these sunglasses?! I love that the cat eye shape is so dramatic and how it instantly makes the look glamorous!

Happy Wednesday! It’s no secret that I am completely obsessed with pink. I always try to incorporate my favorite color into my wardrobe, no matter what season. But, with spring on the horizon, I am absolutely loving all the pink I have been seeing in the stores! I normally gravitate towards hot pink, but I am really starting to love the pale, blush pink more and more. I am especially obsessed with this Ted Baker handbag — this nude/pale pink/blush color would work perfectly with so many pieces in my closet, I think it would be the perfect accessory for spring and summer!

Happy Wednesday! After the warm temperatures we experienced last weekend here in DC, I am already starting to think about transitioning my closet to spring. Although the high this Sunday is only suppose to be 18 degrees, {how is that even possible with 60’s last weekend?!} I’m definitely in the mood for some spring colors, prints and textures! For me, I find the best way to begin this winter to spring transition is by incorporating spring pieces into my winter wardrobe. Both of these floral blouses scream spring and work well no matter your budget! The pop of blue in this coat also brightens the outfit, while still providing warmth in the colder months. Lastly, I love soft pink or neutral nail polish and lipstick to complete the outfit. I have been stuck on this soft Essie color lately, it helps me believe that spring is really just around the corner!

Today I am sharing a little Valentine’s Day date night outfit inspiration! Don’t feel compelled to wear red next Saturday; shades of pink are perfect for the occasion too 🙂

Pink has always been my favorite color and when I saw this skirt I knew I had to add this to my inspiration board! This pink is so vibrant and by adding the soft pink, feminine accessories, it makes this skirt pop even more and adds more glamour to an already fabulous outfit! I also love this YSL Rouge Volupté lipstick in No. 7. I have a few light pink lipsticks but I might have to add this to my collection as well. I think it’s a great everyday lipstick!
