Happy Wednesday! Last week, I shared my favorite pastels for winter, and today it’s all about the exact opposite: neons! I’ve always loved hot pink, but there are so many other vibrant neon colors that I have been seeing and I am absolutely loving it! If you have been following the Australian Open {it’s literally been on 24/7 in our house with ESPN2 and Tennis Channel coverage} you will notice Nike is also embracing the neon trend by dressing their athletes in these blinding colors! 

Finding something in the neon color family doesn’t have to cost a fortune either. I have selected some of my favorite neon items in both the save and splurge categories. Personally, I think the best match has to be the sunglasses. They are like carbon copies of each other!

Happy Wednesday! Lately, I have been so
inspired by pastels. I love incorporating winter pastels into my wardrobe this
time of the year…it’s like early prepping for spring! And although spring is typically the time for these colors, there is nothing wrong with adding a few pastels
into your outfit now. 
I especially love this Essie nail polish. As soon as
Christmas was over and I removed my red nail polish, all I could think about
was this soft pink color. I love that you can wear it now through the end of
summer! And not only is this lipstick the perfect pastel pink, it’s basic
enough that it can be an everyday color too! What are your favorite ways to

Today I’m sharing my holiday picks for man’s best friend. Ella is beyond spoiled with several large toy boxes scattered throughout our house. But, we seem to never learn our lesson and keep spoiling her each Christmas! And let me tell you, she most definitely knows the word “Christmas.” She has a total conniption when she sees something wrapped in gift wrap or a bag {even ones that aren’t for her}. Like I said, completely spoiled. 

Here are just a few of the things that are on Ella’s wish list this year. I can only imagine how long the list would be if she could talk! 🙂 BarkBox {#7} is one of the best gifts for any dog. A special box of toys and treats is sent to you each month and it’s always filled with wonderful surprises. Ella gets so excited for her BarkBox each month, and it’s the cutest thing in the world to see! BarkBox is truly a gift that can be used all year! Also, the laser. One of Ella’s favorite games…she will chase the laser for hours and hours! It’s a great way to keep your pup active!

Happy Wednesday! Today’s Wednesday Wishes is all about gifts for her. J.Crew has so many cute gifty items this year: from pajamas to slippers to snow boots to everything in between! And after the winter we had last year {and the one they are predicting for this year} these made-for J.Crew Sperry boots are the perfect gift. And how cute are these plaid pajamas?! We already have our Christmas pajamas purchased for this year and I cannot wait to share them with you on Christmas morning! Stay tuned…next Wednesday I will be sharing my gift guide for him!

Sharing a little holiday festive outfit inspiration today on Wednesday Wishes!

 I have been obsessing over full skirts as of late {see my beautiful blue skirt and collaboration with eShakti here}. No matter what color, full skirts just scream holiday party to me! And how fabulous is this red skirt?! The black with shimmering silver acts as the perfect compliment to the bright red, creating the most chic look for the holidays.

One of my favorite color combinations this fall is ivory and black. Pairing these two colors together makes for such a chic look! I am especially loving these Prada sunglasses — not only do they look fabulous with this outfit, they would be perfect for everyday looks as well. I am also obsessed with hats for fall. Although this one is on the pricier side, Nordstrom has some other more affordable hats {here & I love the details in this one!} Not only are ivory and black super chic, but I just love all the girly details {i.e. bows!} in each of these pieces! Happy Wednesday! Today, I am starting a new series where I will share my “Wednesday Wishes” each week. It’s an ongoing wish list that I’m so excited about!

I am really loving purples and violets this fall. Although this color may look like spring is just around the corner, I love pairing it with leather leggings and flats for the cooler months. This “icy” purple can even be worn throughout winter — especially when incorporated with silver accents, like these earrings and ring. And aren’t these sunglasses just fabulous?!

Happy Friday! For the last category in my fall must-have series, I have decided to go with fall coats. And I think it’s fitting to end with coats because by now, you are starting to feel that fall crispness in the air. These are just a few of my favorite fall and winter coats — I am loving both the colorful and luxe-detailed coats as trends this fall. I am also in love with the wrap coat; it’s the perfect “throw-on and go” kind of coat {see #4} As you might have noticed, I have a note next to #4. Believe it or not, from the time I created this collage to writing this post, this fabulous Topshop coat sold out! I was really heartbroken because I was in love with the silhouette. Happy Friday, everyone! We have quite the busy weekend ahead of us – my husband and I are running in a race on the airport runway Saturday morning and the charity tennis tournament I have been working on for months {and playing in!} is Saturday and Sunday! With all the running and fitness-related activities we have this weekend, I thought it would be fitting to continue my fall must-have series with workout clothing. In all reality, I probably spend more time in workout clothes than regular clothes, so this is especially fun for me 🙂 I love all the purples and pinks I have been seeing for fall. And of course, I love the blue CAbi workout tights — you will be seeing a future post on these for sure 🙂 And with my love for all things animal print, how fabulous are these Nike shoes?!
