Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Our weekend was spent recovering from Orangetheory Hell Week (if you missed last Thursday’s post, I talked about it there). The majority of the weekend was spent in workout clothes for OTF and casual, comfortable clothes for errands and just being around the house. However, last week I wore this green leopard sweater for a stop at our favorite local winery and it was the perfect fall look. You can’t beat a leopard sweater under $30 that is easy to throw on for a casual weekend look.

Leopard Sweater Under $30

I spotted (pun intended 😉 ) this leopard sweater a few months ago and knew that it would be the perfect sweater for fall. It is my favorite neutral after all! However, I am always unsure about Amazon sizing. I read through all the reviews, trying to predict my size, but I still always feel like it’s a total guess. When ordering this, my thought was to size up so I could wear this with leggings and OTK boots as a sweater dress. I am wearing a large (usually would go with a medium) and I think it works with the leggings styled as a sweater dress. I like things oversized, but if I planned to wear this as a regular sweater with jeans, I would probably have worn my usual size.

This sweater dress works well with the leggings, but I don’t think I would wear without. It would be a little too short for me! I am 5’8 for reference. If I were to order this sweater again, I would probably go with my true size (medium) and plan to wear with jeans and possibly leggings. The medium might be long enough for leggings? The large feels a little oversized to me and the next time I wear this sweater, I might add a belt to define my waist a bit more.

Overall, I am happy with the quality of the sweater. As for the fabric, it’s a nice weight. A little heavier than you would expect with an Amazon purchase for under $30. It’s also available in 13 colors! As much as I love the traditional leopard colors of camel and black, I liked the idea of having something different like this camo green.
