Happy Wednesday, friends! The first Wednesday Wishes of the new year and it’s all about 202o’s hottest color: classic blue. Each year, I share outfit inspiration featuring the color of the year (see 2019 here). Here are a few of my favorite pieces in this year’s color crush: classic blue!
Color Crush: Classic Blue
I have to confess, I was a little surprised at this year’s color of the year. Usually the color of the year is a little different (and has a creative name). Using that logic, classic blue is a perfect fit: it’s a classic color with a classic name! Although 2020’s color doesn’t have a fancy name, it’s a rich and vibrant color that is easy to wear in every season. This deep, classic blue can be worn so many ways: from staple pieces like this wrap midi dress or a perfect for work pencil skirt or in the form of accessories. I love these fun pumps and of course the two hair accessories. You know I have a deep love for headbands and bows! And whether you are ready to fully embrace classic blue or incorporate the color gradually into your look, there is something for everyone.
