A classic chambray shirt. It’s one of my favorite tops to wear in the spring, but what about the winter? I was looking at my spring clothes the other day (desperately looking forward to wearing them soon!) and figured it wasn’t too early to start incorporating spring into my outfits. Today I am talking about how to wear chambray in winter.

How to Wear Chambray in Winter
There is no reason to keep your chambray in your closet until the temperatures warm up. I think a chambray shirt makes for a great winter layer and a piece that transitions well into spring, too. Although there are other ways to wear chambray in the winter, I love this chambray shirt paired with a faux fur vest, leggings and ankle booties. The chambray is a great way to break up the darker pieces and the leopard booties are a fun way to incorporate a print into your look. I love how easy this casual winter look is, yet it still looks put together. That’s a winner in my book!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! As you can probably tell, I got my hair cut and I’m loving the shorter length. I also went a little darker, actually just about my natural color, and I’m loving it! My hair gets so blonde in between my hair appointments, I’m hoping this darker color stays!

Super Cute Rachel! This is so sleek and incredibly FUN with the booties! Have a marvelous Monday!
I definitely have everything needed to recreate this look and I don’t know why I put my chambray away in the winter since I wear it all the time in the other seasons LOL! xo, Biana –BlovedBoston
Love the chambray with the faux fur! So cute!
I LOVE your hair, Rachel!! It looks so cute on you, and the darker color is perfect too. I am thinking after my sister’s wedding in May that I want to chop mine and maybe do a whole new color…but we’ll see. I’m always such a chicken 🙂 This chambray shirt is getting me in a spring mood! Love it! Have a great week! XO

I’m a big fan of chambray so I love how you styled it.
Love your outfit!! I love chambray. In fact, I’m wearing my chambray shirt today!
What a chic way to wear chambray in the winter! I love the color contrast of the blue denim and black, especially with the faux fur. I’ve mussed stopping by your space, girlie. Motherhood is NO joke and finding time to catch up can be so hard. But, I’m glad I was able to today 🙂 I hope you have a wonderful week ahead, beauty!
