Happy almost Friday, friends! Graphic shirts have been all the rage but I really haven’t jumped on this “trend train” until recently. My first real graphic tee was this blonde tee that I shared in this post a few months ago. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of plastering brand names and logos all over my clothing and accessories and I think that is probably why in the past I have shied away from this trend. But, when a saying has a special meaning to me or is completely and totally relatable, I wear it loud and proud! Needless to say this particular sweatshirt couldn’t be more perfect.

For those of you that have been following along for awhile, you probably know a little bit about our dog, Ella. She is our Maltese/Yorkie mix, 5 year old fur baby who is pretty much the center of our world. She goes just about everywhere with us and she is thought of more as a person than a dog, and not just by us!
When I saw this sweatshirt, I knew I had to have it. Not only do I obviously love the sentiment, errand running/weekend clothes are seriously lacking in my closet. Most weekends I can be found in my college tennis sweats and t-shirts {cute #ootd, right? haha!} and as I approach the big 3-0 in November, I really need to stop wearing the college gear and find some “nicer” weekend pieces {#adulting}
Although this would make for the perfect weekend sweatshirt for the errand running, I actually wore this look for our red eye flight back to the east coast a few weeks ago. This sweatshirt was so soft and comfortable — I love that I could wear it to the airport and on the plane without looking like I was in my pajamas! And speaking of comfort, these bow slides truly feel like slippers you wear around the house! For me, they needed no break-in time and are easy to throw on for casual occasions. Come fall, I wouldn’t be surprised if this became my weekend uniform for grocery shopping and errand running!
I hope you all have a fabulous weekend! Any plans? We are heading into D.C. on Saturday to try RPM and I couldn’t be more excited! I can never say no to pasta. And, if everything goes as planned, ABM might be looking a little different on Monday. ABM is in the process of getting a face lift and I’m hoping to share it with all of you on Monday. Fingers crossed! There could be a few hiccups with the transfer so it might take a few days to work out the kinks. Regardless, I’m so excited for you to see the new design!   13. We are totally the same person! Haha! I don't like plastering name brands or too much on myself either. I think that's why I can relate so much to your classic style.
    I do love this sweatshirt though, it's perfect for us dog moms!

    I can't wait to see the new facelift, I'm sure it will be awesome! Are you loving to WP? I've thought about it but it scares me. Since I would more than likely do it myself since I would hate to shell out so much money for a transfer.

  16. Your slides are adorable, Rachel!! And I'm with you on the slogan top thingies. Not so much my thing but I'd happily wear yours 🙂 I had 9 dogs growing up and they were the best friends ever.
