Let’s just call it Amazon week over here on A Blonde’s Moment! As I mentioned in Monday’s post, buying clothes from Amazon was new to me until I purchased this dress. However, purchasing other household and everyday necessities on Amazon is not! Today, I am rounding up nine of my recent purchases from Amazon.

Green Maxi Dress

Back & Neck Massager

Y’all. This massager will change your life. My neck and shoulders have been in a TON of pain since the beginning of May. Between stress, pulling something at the gym, and Ella pushing me out of bed every night (yes, she is 15 pounds and still pushes me out of bed!), it’s been a rough few months. It was getting to the point that I couldn’t remember how it felt to NOT have neck and shoulder pain. I bought this massager as a “last resort” before making an appointment with a chiropractor.

Let’s just say my neck and shoulders are just about back to normal and no chiropractor appointment has been made! You can use this massager on your neck, shoulders, back, calves, just about anywhere! And the red lights (I know, it looks a little creepy!) are the massage rollers on with heat. There is an option for massaging without heat as well. I use this just about every night and have noticed a huge difference. From not being able to move my neck to being almost back to normal, it’s a lifesaver. I often wonder how I functioned without it! Silicone Wedding Rings

Since graduating from college, my exercise of choice has been running. However, last fall, I started Orangetheory and fell in love. Since running is “low impact” as far as your hands are concerned, I usually ran while wearing my wedding band. That all changed after my first Orangetheory class. Between free weights and rowing, I was scared to death that something would happen to my wedding band.

I bought these silicone rings that are perfect for working out or even running to the grocery store. And with so many colors coming in one pack, you can easily mix and match rings to match your workout outfit! 2019-2020 Academic Planner

While I do have some reminders in the calendar of my phone, I am still pretty old fashioned when it comes to planners. And nine years out of school, I am still on the academic version that runs from July to June! I’ve tried a lot of planners in my day mainly because I am extremely OCD when it comes to finding the perfect layout and format. I need a full calendar at the start of each month and multiple lines for each day (see above picture). Since I keep just about every aspect of my life in my planner, I don’t mind spending a little more to get the layout that works best for me. And let me tell you, I’ve tried all the fancy planners. But to be truthful, I wasn’t totally happy with them.

I discovered this planner on Amazon for under $20. I was amazed when it arrived! Great quality, the perfect layout (for me) and I loved the pink and gold marble design. Nespresso Coffee Pods

Coffee plays a pretty important role in our house. When we bought our new house last year, we even converted the one counter into a coffee bar! For Christmas two years ago, my parents got us a Nespresso machine and it was one of the best gifts ever. I didn’t think it was possible,  but we became even more addicted to coffee! However, refilling the capsules became challenging because we were going through them so quickly. We are fortunate enough to live pretty close to a Nespresso store and would periodically drop in to pick up a large order.

Then I discovered our Nespresso Vertuo pods were on Amazon Prime. This was a total game changer. We would never be out of pods again! And if next day delivery isn’t good enough, if I order them before noon, we can get them the SAME DAY. It’s almost too good to be true! These are just a few of our favorite flavors. While most of the time I stick to the “half caffeinato” for my second or third cup, Richard is a huge fan of the hazelino and caramelizio. Modern Gold Fireplace Screen

This might seem like a strange Amazon purchase, but I’m so thankful that Amazon had it! I had been searching for a fireplace screen for our new house since we moved in last September. I knew I wanted gold but was having a difficult time finding a screen with the correct dimensions. Apparently our fireplace opening is abnormally tall because there are very few fireplace screens that would accommodate the height.

After many searches on Google, Wayfair, Crate and Barrel, and any other home website and store you can think of, I finally found this modern gold fireplace screen on Amazon of all places! And way cheaper than any of the other options I had found at other stores. Shop this fireplace screen here.

Glamorous Wash Laundry Detergent

I may be in the minority, but I really enjoy doing laundry. However, I am not really obsessed with special detergents. My go-to detergent is OxiClean! But, when I read a review of this Glamorous Wash, I thought I would give it a try. Since I have pretty sensitive skin, I had never planned to use this luxury detergent on our clothes. However, I wash the blankets in our family room with this detergent and the mattress pads in the bedrooms and it’s fabulous. It’s a very warm scent that makes the entire house smell amazing after just one load. And the scent stays on the blankets for a long time, giving the family room a warm and inviting scent for several weeks post-wash.

It’s a pretty small bottle, but a little goes a long way with this detergent. I could also see using this detergent on towels or sheets, especially for when you have guests. But for me, scents can be a little overwhelming so I like to use it just on the mattress pad. You still get a hint of the scent without it covering the entire bed. Shop this laundry detergent here.

Hot or Cold Tumbler

In an effort to drink more water, I bought this hot or cold tumbler to hold myself accountable. While it could easily hold coffee, I use it primarily for water. I keep it on my desk at home or at work as a constant reminder to drink more water throughout the day. And I love that it keeps your water cold for up to 18 hours! I actually left the tumbler in the car on a super hot day for about 2 hours. I totally forgot the tumbler was in my car and figured it would be a good test. Especially since I was parked in direct sunlight in the middle of summer. When I got back to my car, I took a sip of the water and it was ice cold. I was amazed!

It’s similar to the YETI tumbler, but much more budget friendly. This is the 32 oz. size and is priced under $20! It’s also available in several different sizes, colors and patterns. Shop this hot and cold tumbler here.

Pearl Embellished Headband

You may remember my full review of this pearl embellished headband from this post a few weeks ago. It most definitely ranks as one of the best Amazon purchases to date! Available in several colors and under $30, they seem to be adding new colors and designs daily! I have always loved the headband trend and Amazon has a great selection.
