Happy Friday Eve, friends! I’m back today with another holiday dress. Last week, I shared this velvet bell sleeve dress (you can see the post here). But this week’s holiday party dress is a little different. I spotted this dress a few months ago and knew it would be perfect for the holiday season and even for New Year’s Eve!

Black and Gold Dress
I’m always a sucker for a good dress. I find myself wearing dresses most days to work and even on the weekends. Truthfully, when I first saw this dress at Target, I instantly thought it would be the perfect Pittsburgh Steelers dress! You know how much I love my Steelers 🙂 But I quickly realized the gold detailing and flowy style would make for a cute holiday party outfit, too. I have actually worn the dress a few times already, including my 30th birthday dinner and a night out at the Kennedy Center. It’s super comfortable and I love it paired with black tights and these suede ankle booties. These Lisi Lerch earrings are a fun match for the gold detailing on the dress, too.
What to Wear to a Holiday Party
As I mentioned, although this would make a fabulous dress to support the Steelers, it also makes for a fun holiday party dress, too. The gold detailing really makes the dress, along with the smocked neckline and flowy style. And although I wear a ton of red this time of the year, I also like the idea of wearing black and gold. Wouldn’t it be a fabulous choice for New Year’s Eve, too?
I hope you all have a great weekend! Any fun plans? We have a Christmas party to attend Saturday evening, but otherwise not much on the agenda. I have most of my Christmas wrapping done and I’m hoping to finish the rest this weekend. However, there is still one gift that is backordered so I will have that to do at the last minute. I am NEVER this ahead of schedule for Christmas. I don’t know what is wrong with me this year! Thanks for reading and see you back here on Monday!
