With the first official day of summer just two days away, I thought it was perfect timing to share some of summer’s hottest colors in this week’s Wednesday Wishes. I would be hard-pressed to find three more perfect colors to represent the season. Here are some of my favorite pieces in the hottest colors of summer.

The Hottest Colors of Summer

Arguably, red, yellow and orange could be considered “on trend” each summer. But there are so many pieces to love this summer, I knew I had to devote an entire Wednesday Wishes to this fun summer color palette. From dresses and tops to accessories and shoes, here are some of my favorite ways to add a bit of color to your wardrobe this summer:

• My love for summer dresses runs deep. While putting together this post, I found quite a few dresses that fit this color palette. I really had to restrain myself from including them all! With one in each of the summery hues, I love the yellow button-front eyelet dress for a casual summer dress. And the orange tie strap lace midi dress and red square neck fit and flare dress are perfect for dressier occasions like a summer wedding. • When it comes to accessories, this ruffle slide sandal makes quite the statement. It would be a great shoe to wear for a more formal event, but it would also be fun to pair with a pair of jeans to dress up an otherwise casual outfit. This shoe is also available in other colors here.
• I have been on a serious hair accessory obsession as of late, and I love this three-pack of headbands. While I have been leaning towards the more “statement” headbands, I love this simple style for everyday wear. Perfect for running errands or a day at the pool!
• Lastly, these heart sunglasses. Can you believe they are under $10? They are a great dupe for this designer pair that are over $400. I was skeptical about the heart style at first, but the style has really grown on me over the past few months. I can’t see myself paying over $400 for a trendy pair of sunglasses. But, with this dupe under $10, it’s totally worth jumping on the bandwagon!
