Happy Wednesday, friends! It’s the beginning (probably closer to middle!) of the month so that means another Amazon round-up! This month’s finds include a work from home essential and a must-have accessory organizer. Here are my recent Amazon finds for July:

Wireless Rechargeable Mouse

I mentioned that one of the main reasons blog posts are resuming is because I finally received my work computer in last week’s post. I have an Apple wireless mouse for my personal laptop, but needed one for my work computer, which is Windows. I found this rose gold wireless mouse and knew it would be perfect! Available in other colors and priced under $16, this mouse not only works with Windows computers, but also a Mac. The personalized notepad can be found here (non-Amazon).

Marble Print Workout Leggings

I have a ton workout leggings, but since I usually workout five to six days per week, I am always looking for new leggings to add to my collection. More so now because now that Orangetheory has reopened, we do not have access to the lockers or the key hanger. That means leggings have to have some sort of pocket to hold car keys. I realize I could put them in the cup holder of the treadmill or set them on the floor, but that just seems dirty and filled with germs haha! I actually have a new found love for leggings with pockets — not only is it perfect for holding your keys, but also your phone while running errands.

This particular pair is capri length. I usually prefer the 7/8 length, but it has been so hot, I have found the capri length a little cooler during these warm summer days. These leggings come in several colors and prints and are available in capri and 7/8 length.

Headband Holder

Headbands are one of my favorite accessories and an accessory that I have been collecting for years. Needless to say I needed to find some storage for my headbands because it was out.of.control. I love this stackable headband holder and since the center of the cylinder is open, you could easily store hair ties, clips, or other hair accessories. This particular holder can hold seven pretty thick headbands. I need to buy a few more holders to display all my headbands, but I love this idea for organizing my hair accessories!

2-Pack Plush Gel Pillows

Ahh pillows. I often feel like Goldilocks when it comes to finding a pillow that works: either too hard or too soft. I was in desperate need of new pillows — I was waking up with a sore neck every morning! After much research, I went with this 2-pack of plush gel pillows. I am a side sleeper and these are PERFECT. I actually have had these since May, but have been holding off on recommending them until I used them for a few months to make sure they held up. I’m happy to report they do and they are truly the best pillows I have every used!

Blush Pink Slide Sandals

Earlier in the summer, I was looking for easy to throw on slide sandal to wear around the house and to take Ella outside. I found this style and it came in a few colors, but sizes were limited. Finally, I found this blush pink color in stock and I ordered in immediately! My mom ordered them in the leopard print and they are so cute, too! For size reference, I am usually a 9.5 and the 39/40 fits perfectly in this sandal. See the full selection of this brand here.

Grab and Go Ponytail Holders

During quarantine, I haven’t been drying, flat ironing, or curling my hair as much. It’s been great for my hair, but my natural hair is a curly mess, so when I don’t blow dry my hair, WHOA. After a bike ride in June, I had my hair up in a coil hair tie (these for reference) and my hair was completely knotted around it. After 30 minutes of trying to get my hair untangled, Richard had to cut the hair tie out of my hair! So far, these grab and go ponytail holders have been much better — they keep my hair super secure and I love all the color selections. With at least 35 colors to pick from, I ended up going with the sand color to match my hair. 15 hair ties come in each pack.

Extra Thick Mattress Topper

File this under the things I bought that I didn’t even know I needed! When I bought the pillows (see above) I discovered this extra thick mattress topper. I thought it would be a good idea to upgrade ours since we have had it for awhile. All I can say is WOW. This mattress topper is so comfortable, you feel like you are sleeping on a fancy hotel bed! I didn’t even know our mattress topper was uncomfortable until I slept on this. Ella also approves 😉

Pink Velvet Hangers

I have always loved the non-slip, velvet hangers. They keep my clothes wrinkle-free and since the hangers allow the clothes to lay flat against each other, you are able to hang more on the rack. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not haha! I have had a variety of velvet hangers over the years in multiple colors. This pack of 50 is a good start in transitioning all my clothes to these blush pink hangers. Also available in several colors!
