In the spirit of Punxsutawney Phil’s early spring prediction, today I am sharing four easy to recreate early spring outfits. These are four of my favorite outfits from last spring. All four looks are easy to recreate with pieces in your closet (or shop similar pieces in this post!). And I love the more neutral color palette in these outfits. It’s perfect for all of spring! I am a firm believer in accessories. That is, accessories really can make an outfit. Whether it’s making a look casual or dressy or preppy or edgy, it’s all in the accessories. Although some of my favorite accessories are usually shoes, bags, jewelry and of course lipstick, there is a trend that I have been loving since fall: scarves. Now, I have been wearing scarves (more of the larger and blanket variety) for years, but the square, silk scarf is a newer, more trendy scarf for me. And dare I say, oh so chic? This spring silk scarf is the latest in my collection, and you are never going to believe where I found it.
Graphic tops. Pair them with jeans and sneakers and you have the perfect casual outfit for spring. As I mentioned in last Thursday’s post, I am always attracted to navy during the spring. And after the warmer temperatures the past few days, I have been reaching for all my spring pieces, including this cute graphic top for spring.
Oh, leopard. The perfect neutral. If you have been following along for awhile now, you probably have noticed my leopard obsession. From dresses to accessories, it’s my go-to neutral print.
