Happy Wednesday, friends! Whether you have a spring getaway planned or you are just preparing for the warmer temperatures at home, today’s inspiration set should surely put you in a good mood! The colors, prints, and styles all scream summer and warmer weather. Here are a few of my favorite spring getaway pieces:
Happy Wednesday, friends! It has been awhile since I shared a Wednesday Wishes post and what better way to bring the series back than with a color crush post! Ironically, I am sharing a shades of green color crush post on St. Patrick’s Day; however, these shades of green have been some of my favorite recently. Here are my finds for this spring’s color crush: shades of green.
Color Crush: Shades of Green
Green is always a great color for spring — there is something so new and fresh about the shade. Over the past few weeks, I have really been gravitating towards all different shades of green. It all started with this green and white stripe shirt. I fell in love with the color, ordered it, and I’m actually wearing it today! The shirt is designed to be a little oversized, so I ordered my usual size. Also available in other colors if green isn’t your thing!
A few other pieces to highlight from this set: I have been missing my dress collection — I feel like I haven’t worn a dress since I was in my office over a year ago! I love this tiered maxi dress. It would be perfect for a bridal or baby shower, wedding, or even Easter. And this fit and flare dress just screams vacation! It would be so darling styled with a cute pair of sandals.
As for accessories, you can never go wrong with a headband in my opinion! I love the pearl details on this headband. I also love these fun artichoke statement earrings — the shades of green are bright and fresh and so perfect for this post!

I’ve included a few other green pieces below that I wasn’t able to fit in the collage, so be sure to scroll through!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great rest of the week and Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Work outfits sure have changed a lot in the past year! When the pandemic first started, I fully embraced the opportunity to wear more casual clothing. That was when this was only going to last two weeks! However, as the weeks went on (I can’t believe it’s been an entire year) I started to dress up a little more for two reasons: 1) I found I was more productive when I was dressed and in “work” clothes and 2) I missed my clothes! Here are some recent work from home outfits:
If you are anything like me, you cannot WAIT for hair salons to reopen. But until they do, I have been trying just about everything to hide the fact that I need highlights! Thankfully, my highlights aren’t that much lighter than my natural color, but it’s still enough to drive me crazy. Everyone is in this same boat, so I wanted to share some hair accessories during quarantine that can help hide the fact that you are in desperate need for a salon day!
Happy Monday, friends! Last week, I shared my current skincare routine (see that post here) and I promised my current makeup routine this week, so here it is! And the best news: a lot of the skincare I mentioned last week and the makeup from today’s post is included in Sephora’s Spring Sale!Read More
We may not be heading outside of the house anytime soon, but that doesn’t mean we can’t update our wardrobe for spring. And, if you are like me, you have weekly Zoom calls so you might want to update at least your top selection haha! Here are some cute spring tops under $100:
Taking a break from the quarantine/social distancing posts to brighten up your computer today! There are so many bright and fun pieces to pick from right now, I’m planning to add some of these to my closet so I am ready for when all this is over. These must-have spring brights, that can most definitely be worn into the summer, not only brighten your closet but also your spirits — which is especially important given our current situation.
It’s difficult to pick a favorite with this colorful combination, but if I were to pick a “first day out of quarantine outfit” I’m thinking it would be something like this tiered floral maxi dress or this hot pink eyelet top. What is your first outfit out of quarantine going to be?! It’s probably sad that it has come to this, but it will for sure be a momentous occasion! Do tell in the comments section below!

Not only am I rounding up three of my recent winter workday outfits, but I’m also sharing some workday outfit inspiration for spring. Although we haven’t had true winter conditions yet in the D.C. area, I still have my mind on spring clothes!
Happy New Year, friends! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season with your family and friends. It’s been awhile — December went way too fast — but I am so happy to be back! Before we jump into 2020 content, I have a few posts looking back on 2019. The plan was to shoot some outfit posts over the holiday, but the day after Christmas I woke up with a terrible sore throat and it was downhill from there. Over a week later, I’m still not 100%! So outfit posts to resume soon! Today I am sharing the 12 most popular products on ABM from 2019 — one from each month!
