Floral Cold Shoulder(ish)
This floral top has been on serious repeat this spring and summer. You may remember when I styled it HERE with a navy blazer during the cooler months and now it’s been my go-to top to wear with white jeans. I wore this top while in California and actually skipped the cold shoulder feature. But when I wore it this past weekend, I styled it as it was intended, with the cold shoulder!Read More
Pink One Shoulder Dress
Happy almost Friday, friends! I feel like these weeks are flying by more quickly each month. I guess we should call it off the shoulder/one shoulder week here on ABM because another day brings another “shoulder show” dress. I had been saving this one for our trip to California and lucky for you, it’s now on sale! Read More

Carrot Cake Granola
One of my go-to snacks is yogurt with granola and fresh fruit. It’s the perfect size for a mid-day snack and it isn’t too unhealthy. I have shared two other granola recipes {you can see the original homemade granola HERE and the peanut butter granola HERE} and they have been such a hit, I thought I would experiment with different flavors. I had wanted to come up with a granola that would work well with vanilla yogurt and a granola that would not require incorporating fruit on top. After some brainstorming, I came up with this carrot cake granola that is not only delicious, but much healthier than the actual cake itself. And, as far as taste goes, it’s pretty close match to real carrot cake, too! Check out this easy, homemade granola recipe below.
Off the Shoulder Navy Dress
Happy Monday, friends! Sharing another look from our time in California today and this is one of my new favorite off the shoulder dresses. I’ve worn it to a few functions over the spring — it may look familiar if you follow along on Instagram because I wore it to my cousin’s college graduation last month. The off the shoulder style and midi length make for a cool and comfortable dress that can be worn all summer long!Read More
Fringe Dress
Happy Friday Eve, friends! One of my favorite things about summer is sundresses. And although I wear dresses year round, there is something about a summer dress that makes it unlike anything else. Add a bright color and fun details and I’m sold.Read More
What to Wear to a Summer Wedding
- Although this is not a huge surprise, accessories are by far my favorite part of an outfit. Whether it be accessorizing with jewelry, shoes or handbags, each of these items can really elevate a look.
- I have been eyeing these hot pink sandals for months now, trying to find something in my closet to wear them with. Not only do I love the color but the criss-cross ankle style is one of my favorites. It’s also available in a few other colors and they are under $80.
- Rounding up the accessories, these statement gold earrings would be easy to dress up or down all summer and I love this bright geometric clutch — only $20 and it really adds something fun and different to the solid color dress.
Key Lime Chex Mix
Summer and key limes are the perfect warm weather combination. Key lime pie is one of my favorite desserts, especially on a warm day. It’s cool, light and refreshing making it the ideal summer dessert. Although, making a key lime pie every hot day is a little unrealistic — mainly because I would probably eat the entire thing! — but this key lime chex mix is a great way to taste this summer flavor with a lot less calories…and portion control!Read More
Summer Workwear
Happy Monday! The first of June means it’s time to break out all the summer clothes. Although I love sharing casual, weekend attire, the unofficial start of a new season also means a change for your work wardrobe. Today, I’m talking about incorporating cute dresses and comfortable flats into your summer workwear.
