Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a great weekend. The temperatures in the D.C. area were surprising cool for this time of the year. Only in the 80s! Actually, it was in the 60s during Ella’s walk Saturday morning. It really makes me excited for fall! But since I’m sure these “cooler” temperatures were a fluke for us, I still have a few summer outfits to share with all of you. First up, this end of summer stripe dress. Let’s just call it Amazon week over here on A Blonde’s Moment! As I mentioned in Monday’s post, buying clothes from Amazon was new to me until I purchased this dress. Like much of the east coast, it was a hot one here in D.C. this past weekend. With the “feel like” temperature at 107 degrees by Saturday afternoon, it was like walking into a brick wall every time walking outside. Even though we shot these pictures super early, it was brutal! But, it is summer in D.C. and I guess you have to just embrace it! And I can’t think of a better way to embrace these summer temperatures than with the perfect summer dress under $30.

Summer has arrived in D.C.! It was a hot one this past weekend with temperatures approaching the upper 90s. Needless to say, the indoors and air conditioning were our best friends! We did head into D.C. to take these pictures before 7am on Sunday. The early morning and warm temperatures were worth it to capture these images just a few days before the Fourth of July. And whether it’s for the Fourth of July or a date night summer dress, D.C. was the perfect setting for this red summer dress.
