Can you even believe that Christmas is a week from today? Since we are quickly approaching the holiday, I wanted to share this year’s Christmas Eve dress with you in today’s post. It has always been a tradition to get dressed up on Christmas Eve and this emerald green dress might just be my favorite Christmas Eve dress yet.
If you haven’t heard, pink is my favorite color. And although I have always loved pink, I have upped my pink game in the last few weeks. One of the things I look forward to most on Christmas morning are the breakfast casseroles. I know, it probably sounds crazy, but this is one of the few mornings that it seems alright to indulge in the “not so healthy” breakfast foods. My mom usually makes a french toast bake and egg casserole, both of which are fan favorites. I thought I would take my mom’s usual egg casserole recipe and make a few changes, including adding hash browns, for a different spin. The hash browns were the perfect addition! This new Christmas breakfast casserole might just be the new go-to on Christmas morning.

Happy Wednesday, friends! How is your holiday shopping going? I say this every year, but my dad and husband are always the hardest for me to buy for. Maybe it’s because they never ask for ANYTHING! As I hinted at in last week’s recap of the Best Christmas recipes, I have a serious love for gingerbread. Last year, I made this Gingerbread Cake with Sugared Cranberries. It was so delicious and a fun spin on the traditional cookie. This year, I wanted to go back to the classic and share gingerbread cookies on a new level with the cutest set.
