Trader Joe’s Haul: 6 New Finds

trader joe's haul 6 new finds

After sharing my top 5 Trader Joe’s finds a few months ago (see that post here), I received such great feedback I thought I would share another Trader Joe’s related post with new finds. With new discoveries each time I visit the store, this could turn into a quarterly series! As I mentioned in my last Trader Joe’s post, I usually don’t find my weekly groceries at TJ’s. I use it more for speciality products and snacks. I find it difficult to shop there for “everyday items” because they might not always have, for example, asparagus in stock. However, if I am looking for snacks and other non-staples, Trader Joe’s is great. Here is another Trader Joe’s haul: 6 new finds.

Having some squash left over, I decided to incorporate this vegetable into a pizza. This Summer Squash Pizza is a fresh and delicious summer pizza recipe.

Buffalo Chicken Cauliflower Rice

These days, I feel like a cauliflower rice expert. Richard has been embracing the Keto diet for about two months now. I lasted a little over a week (haha – I can’t live without carbs!) but I’m so impressed with his commitment to this lifestyle change. Dinners can be challenging, but cauliflower rice has become one of our best friends. It’s something he can eat while on Keto and something I actually like. Whether it’s served as a side or as the main course, this buffalo chicken cauliflower rice is a new favorite.

Taking a break from the grilled recipes today to share a new favorite in our house. I have shared my love for sheet pan dinners (most recently here) a few times here on the blog.
