A must-have fall dress under $100. Sounds too good to be true, right? I have been dreaming of this dress since I first spotted it during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I wasn’t quick enough to add it to my shopping bag and it sold out. Needless to say I was devastated. It came back into stock, but was backordered.
